10/17/2012 Mississippi Joins States Using FracFocus

The Mississippi Oil and Gas Board recently updated Rule 26 to include a provision for operators to submit their hydraulic fracturing chemical disclosure information to the FracFocus system. This brings to eight, the number of states that use FracFocus for regulatory reporting. The other states include:

Montana
Oklahoma
Texas
Pennsylvania
North Dakota
Colorado
Louisiana
